Paul Neumann

Paul Neumann has held various roles in the food industry since 1990. Paul began their career as a Research Associate at Kansas State University's Department of Grain Science & Industry in 1990. In 1993, they became a Senior Food Technologist at C.H. Guenther & Son. Paul then moved to Kellogg Company in 1999, where they held the roles of Senior Director of Advanced Innovation & Technology, Research & Development Head, and Director of R&D. In 2017, they joined Califia Farms as Executive Vice President of Research & Development and Vice President of Research & Development. Most recently, in 2022, they became SVP of R&D and Innovation at Daring.

Paul Neumann holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the same institution.
