Shai Admoni

Shai Admoni has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 6 years of experience in various roles. Shai served as the Director of Finance for DarioHealth Corp., where they led strategic initiatives including M&A, revenue recognition, budgeting, and scaling the company from a startup to a high-growth stage. Shai managed a team of 3 controllers, IT, and 5 finance team members. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Financial Controller for Micro Focus, overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes, VAT compliance, billing, payments, taxes, and transfer pricing. Shai also led a cross-departmental team implementing ERP localization. Before that, Shai worked as the Head of Finance for Notal Vision, where they prepared business plans, led fundraising efforts, and directed all finance duties. Shai began their career at EY as a Senior Accountant, where they advised on acquisitions and internal controls for tech companies listed on NASDAQ. Shai also has experience as a CPA intern and as a bookkeeping lecturer at Kivun College.

Shai Admoni obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. They also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Israeli Ministry of Justice in 2015.
