Tomer Meydad

Tomer Meydad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Tomer currently serves as the VP of R&D at DarioHealth Corp. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of R&D and Platform at the same company. Before joining DarioHealth Corp, Tomer worked at Sarine Technologies as the Director and Head of Software and DevOps. Tomer was responsible for managing a global team and overseeing various aspects of software development and operations. Prior to that, they held the role of VP R&D at Nipendo, where they established the engineering group and implemented a new development methodology. Tomer also worked at Salesforce.com as the Director of Development and DevOps, where they led the development and release activities for a cloud encryption solution. Additionally, they served as the Principal Engineering Program Manager at CA, managing a large cross-functional team for the Cloud Insight product. Tomer was also an Agile Coach for the Israel site. Early in their career, Tomer worked at Oblicore (acquired by CA) as an R&D Group Manager and Release Manager, as well as a Senior Team Leader managing software engineering teams. Tomer began their career at Check Point Software Technologies as a Software Engineer and later took on the role of TL Software Engineer.

Tomer Meydad has an MBA in Business & Marketing from The University of Management Academic Studies, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Tomer also has a BA in Business Management & Technology from The University of Derby, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they hold a Certificate in Software from Sela University, which they acquired in 1999-2000. Tomer Meydad has also obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum Alliance in August 2011 and as a Certified Scrum Master in October 2007.
