Nicolas Villedieu de Torcy

Nicolas Villedieu de Torcy has a diverse range of work experience in the aerospace and engineering fields. During this time, they conducted a comprehensive study comparing two computer-aided design (CAD) software products and presented their findings to Product Lifecycle Management Leaders, initiating further studies on one of the software products.

In addition, Nicolas has been involved in rocket projects at the École Centrale de Lyon, a French engineering school. From September 2017 to May 2018, they participated in the Rocket Group Project, where they designed and manufactured an experimental transonic rocket. From September 2016 to July 2017, they were part of another group project that focused on rocket recovery without using a parachute.

Lastly, Nicolas had a brief work experience as an intern at The Chocolate Tree, a Russian chocolate company, in July 2017.

Nicolas Villedieu de Torcy began their education in 2013, when they enrolled in South Dakota State University. During this time, they studied Mechanical Engineering. Nicolas then moved on to Lycée Benjamin Franklin from 2014 to 2016, where they completed their Preparatory class to Engineering Schools.

In 2016, Nicolas Villedieu de Torcy entered Ecole centrale de Lyon and pursued a Master's Degree in Engineering until 2019. Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, they attended Cranfield University to obtain a Master's degree in Astronautics and Space Engineering.
