Pablo Rivero

Lead Propulsion Engineer

Pablo Rivero has a strong background in aerospace engineering. Pablo started their career in 2018 at Airbus as an A400M Retrofit Graduate, where they managed project scope, coordinated industrial activities, and ensured compliance with airworthiness standards. In 2019, they joined Boeing as a Structures & Payload Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and certifying aircraft modification projects in compliance with EASA regulations. Pablo also managed supplier development and production. Currently, Pablo works at Dark as a Propulsion Engineer, where they conduct trade-off studies and designs, analyzes, and develops liquid propulsion systems. Pablo is also involved in the definition and testing of hot fire test prototypes.

Pablo Rivero has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. In 2017, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Vehicle Design at Cranfield University. Additionally, Pablo has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge Assessment English, a Flying Car and Autonomous Flight Engineer certification from Udacity, a Goethe Zertifikat C1 from Goethe-Institut e.V., a Machine Learning certification from Stanford University via Coursera, a Monitoring Climate from Space certification from the European Space Agency via FutureLearn, a Sports and Building Aerodynamics certification from Eindhoven University of Technology via Coursera, and a Wind Energy certification from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) via Coursera.
