Sara Masterson

Sara Masterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and consulting within the biotechnology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Principal at Dark Horse Consulting Group Inc. since November 2020, Sara previously held the positions of Director and Associate Director of Program Management at Cognate BioServices from September 2018 to November 2020. Prior to that, Sara spent over seven years at Cytovance Biologics in various roles including Associate Director of Program Management, Project Manager, QC External Testing Specialist, and QC Microbiologist. Sara began the career as a Microbiologist at Analytical Research Labs from August 2009 to April 2011. Sara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same university, earned in 2009.
