Alexey Ratnikov

Alexey Ratnikov, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial strategy, capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions. As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Dark Horse Metals, LLC since January 2023, Alexey has driven early-stage growth and established financial infrastructure that significantly reduced operational risks. At Fermata Technologies, LLC, Alexey has led financial strategies for multiple drilling technology products, generating over $15 million in new revenue.
