Gurden Batra

Gurden Batra is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in civic tech, frontend development, and service design. Currently serving as Civic Tech Co-Lead at Dark Matter Labs and holding the position of Frontend Developer and Service Designer at TreesAI since January 2021, Batra also acts as Tech Lead at CircuLaw until March 2025. Previous roles include Creative Technologist at Fjord, UX Engineer at Accenture Liquid Studio and Helvar, and various internships in interaction design and software development. Batra holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts in New Media Design & Production from Aalto University.
