Bill Warden

Bill Warden has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bill is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Dark Matter Technologies, where they are responsible for revolutionizing the mortgage origination business through innovative products and solutions. Prior to this, Bill held senior financial positions at Black Knight, Lender Processing Services, TOTE Maritime, Titan America, and Ernst & Young, gaining extensive experience in finance and auditing.

Bill Warden has an MBA with a Finance Concentration from Southern Methodist University. Bill also holds a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Richmond. In addition, they have certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Florida.
