Ben Unsworth

Ben Unsworth has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Ben began their career as CTO and Co-Founder of VC Ultimate Inc. in 2000. In 2004, they became President and Co-Founder of Globacore Interactive Technologies. From 2008 to 2017, they worked as Interactive Services Manager at The Taylor Group. During this same period, they were also Co-Chair of VRARA Location Based Entertainment at VR AR Association and Advisor of VR Startups at IDEABOOST Accelerator at Canadian Film Centre. In 2018, they were appointed CTO and Head of Labs at Lumeto and Chief Technical Officer at Dark Slope.

Ben Unsworth's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, obtained in 2001. Ben studied Computer Science and English Literature during their time at McGill. Prior to that, they attended Westdale Secondary School from 1991 to 1996. Ben also holds certifications from NVIDIA, Blue Ocean Global Network, Scrum.org, and Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2022, 2021, 2020, and 2014 respectively.
