Ben Unsworth

Ben Unsworth has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. From 2000 to 2004, they served as the CTO and Co-Founder of VC Ultimate Inc. In 2004, they co-founded Globacore Interactive Technologies, where they served as the President until 2017. In 2008, they briefly worked as the Interactive Services Manager at The Taylor Group. In 2017, they became an Advisor for VR Startups at IDEABOOST Accelerator in the Canadian Film Centre. In the same year, they also became the Co-Chair of VRARA Location Based Entertainment at the VR AR Association. In 2018, they took on the role of CTO and Head of Labs at Lumeto and also served as the Chief Technical Officer at Dark Slope.

Ben Unsworth attended McGill University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Ben'sfield of study was Computer Science and English Literature. Prior to their university education, Ben attended Westdale Secondary School from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in August 2014. Furthermore, Ben has received certifications such as Professional Scrum Master and Fundamentals of Deep Learning from various institutions in the years following their formal education.
