Christy Freeland

Christy Freeland (Thompkins) is an experienced professional currently serving as the Founder and President of Recast Ministries LLC since April 2023, where Christy advocates for mental health, survivors, and leads worship. In addition, Christy has been the Owner of 7 Endeavors Consulting, LLC since December 2018, offering consulting and management services. As a Facilitator for Darkness to Light since April 2019, Christy contributes to important community initiatives. Christy has a strong background in accounting, having held positions such as Accountant at Freeland Property Management, LLC since April 2014, and Senior Project Accountant at Collegiate Construction, LLC from December 2007 to December 2018. Christy began their career in the mortgage industry, working as a Senior Loan Analyst and Closer at HomeBanc Mortgage from October 2003 to November 2007. Educational credentials include studies at Kennesaw State University and Georgia Piedmont Technical College.
