Sheila Espinoza (Rebolledo) is a dedicated social service professional with extensive experience in child welfare, forensic interviewing, and case management. Currently serving as a Social Service Specialist I (Permanency Worker) at the Oregon Department of Human Services since July 2019, Sheila engages with children and families to ensure safety and well-being while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
