Abdus Therese Cia

Abdus Therese CIA, CSOE, currently serves as the Internal Audit and SOx Senior Manager at Darktrace since March 2024. Prior to this role, Abdus worked at VIRTUS Data Centres as Senior Manager of Internal Audit and Compliance (SOx), responsible for implementing the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program and designing a comprehensive internal audit plan. Abdus has significant experience at Arm, where as SOX Manager, led the SOx implementation during the 2023 IPO program and managed the compliance program. Earlier career roles included Internal Audit Manager at Aviva, where complex audits were conducted, and roles at RSM Tenon and Sealed Air. Abdus holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and Finance from Anglia Ruskin University.
