Isabelle Dougherty

Isabelle Dougherty is an accomplished professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts at Darktrace since May 2022, after holding roles as a Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Account Executive within the same company. Prior to Darktrace, Isabelle worked at Surglogs from January 2021 to May 2022, progressing from Strategic Account Representative to Sales Development Representative. Earlier experience includes a position as a Meeting Coordinator/Intern at Meeting Sites Pro, Inc., and a Wedding Intern at Sweet Blossom Weddings. Isabelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from San Diego State University, complemented by a study abroad program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Fall 2019.
