Senior Customer Success Manager

Matthew Smith has extensive experience in customer success and sales within the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and team lead at Darktrace since April 2021, Matthew previously held the role of Customer Success Manager and Account Executive. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a Sales Development Representative at ExecVision and as Ticket Sales and Experience Manager for the XFL DC Defenders at Elevate Sports Ventures. Additional experience includes positions as an Account Executive in Inside Sales at Monumental Sports & Entertainment and a Group and Premium Sales Intern at Colonial Life Arena. Early career roles also include Head Intern at Bethesda Big Train Baseball and ushering at Augusta National Golf Club during Masters week. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, earned in 2018.
