James le Ball

James Le Ball is a Project Director and Associate Architect at Darling Associates Architects since March 2016, bringing extensive experience in large-scale commercial development design and residential layout optimization. Prior roles at Darling Associates included architecture and Part 2 Architectural Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed preparation of planning applications, conducting client and design team presentations, and managing on-site meetings. Prior to Darling Associates, James served as a Part I Architectural Assistant at Hampson Williams, gaining diverse experience in building sectors including new builds and refurbishments. Academic credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture from the University of Westminster and a Master’s degree in Applied Design in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University, complemented by a BA (Hons) in Architecture from the University of Brighton. Notable projects include the 38-storey mixed-use tower on College Road, a 102-unit residential development on Ashley House & Chadwick Street, and a 165,000 sqft office development at Bridge House, Uxbridge.
