Drs. Teun Tchornobay Ra, Ctp

Drs. Teun Tchornobay RA CIA CTP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance, internal audit, and corporate governance, currently serving as Vice President - Global Compensation & US Payroll at Darling Ingredients since March 2014. Teun has held multiple roles within the company, including Assistant Corporate Controller and Senior Director of Internal Audit, and has been pivotal in implementing the SOX-404 framework across the organization. Prior to Darling Ingredients, Teun worked at KPMG Nederland in various audit management capacities, gaining significant experience with private and publicly listed companies. Additionally, Teun has contributed to academia as a lecturer and examiner in accountancy programs at Tilburg University and the Koninklijke Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants. Currently pursuing a Certified Treasury Professional degree at Rice Business, Teun holds a Post Master Graduate Accountancy degree from Tilburg University.
