Herman Van Iersel is an accomplished professional in the feed and animal nutrition industry with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Global Sales Manager for Feed & Pet food Ingredients at Darling Ingredients International since January 2022, Herman has previously held significant positions such as Sales Manager ME and Portfolio Manager Monogastrics at Trouw Nutrition, Technical Sales Manager at Intracare B.V., and Category Manager Additives at Cargill Animal Nutrition. With a career spanning over three decades, Herman has also worked at APC Europe, Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health, Borculo Domo Ingredients, and Hendrix Voeders BV. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Animal Science from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry from Aeres University of Applied Sciences Dronten, along with advanced marketing education from the Netherlands Institute for Marketing.
