Scott Henry began their work experience in the food industry with various COOP work experiences from 1998 to 2001. Scott later worked as a Production Supervisor from February 2001 to September 2002 and then as a Product Development Specialist from September 2002 to June 2005. In June 2005, they became the General Manager of the Atlantic Region, overseeing several rendering facilities and a joint venture garbage cartage operation. Scott served in this role until May 2008 when they became the Plant Manager of the Moorefield facility. From November 2013 to the present, Scott has been the VP of Plant Operations at Rothsay, responsible for multiple Canadian operations, including the production of biodiesel.
Scott Henry completed their Secondary School Diploma at Glendale Secondary Highschool from 1990 to 1996. Following that, they attended the University of Guelph where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Food Science from 1996 to 2001.
