In 1918, we opened as a single ply veneer mill. Logs were purchased from local farmers and converted to fine veneer on a rotary lathe. One of our first customers was Radio Corp of America/Victor Talking Machines. Today, Darlington Veneer Co., is one of the oldest and most successful manufacturers of quality hardwood plywood products in the nation, and a longstanding leader in environmental safety and conservation.
