Fransisca Margaretha has extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Department at PT Darma Henwa Tbk since January 2015, after holding multiple roles within the same company since 2012, including Head of HR Planning & Development and Head of People Development Section. Prior to this, Fransisca worked as a Training Coordinator at PT Thiess Contractors Indonesia from April 2008 to September 2012, and began a career in education as a Classroom Teacher at Sekolah Highscope Indonesia from December 2002 to June 2008. Fransisca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Universitas Negeri Jakarta, completed in 2002, and attended SMUN 1 Bogor from 1993 to 1996.
