Bernard McShea is a seasoned technical leader with extensive expertise in cyber, AI, and security, currently serving as a Program Manager at DARPA. Previously, McShea held the position of Senior Principal Research Scientist II at BAE Systems from 2017 to 2021 and was a Lead Cyber Security Engineer at MITRE from 2013 to 2017. With a strong academic foundation, McShea is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Beloit College and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, while having already earned a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from Harvard Extension School.
