Chris Scrapper

Chris Scrapper is currently a Senior Scientific Technical Manager at the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific since April 2023, and has also been serving as a Program Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since May 2018. Previously, Chris held positions as a Scientist and Project Manager focused on Unmanned Systems at NAVWAR from January 2011 to April 2023 and as a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer at MITRE between 2009 and 2011. The early career includes a role as a Scientist in Intelligent Systems at the National Institute of Standards and Technology from 2003 to 2009. Chris earned a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence from The George Washington University (2005-2011) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from American University (1999-2003).
