Filza Hall

Filza Hall is an accomplished contracting and procurement professional with extensive experience in various government agencies. Currently serving as a Contracting Officer at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since February 2023, Filza has held key roles including Senior Procurement Analyst at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), Senior Process Analyst at the Office of Naval Research, and Senior Procurement Analyst & Contracting Officer at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Prior positions include Contract Specialist roles at the US Army Intelligence & Security Command and the US Army Corps of Engineers, as well as procurement-related positions at the Bureau of Indian Affairs and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
