Lok Yan is currently a Program Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), where they emphasize servant leadership and high standards within their team. Previously, Lok worked as a Senior Software Engineer at INFICON and served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University from 2007 to 2021. They also had an extensive tenure as a Computer Engineer at the Air Force Research Laboratory from 2004 to 2021. Lok is pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Information Science and Engineering, both from NYU and Syracuse University, respectively, while holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
