Melissa Pfau

Melissa Pfau currently serves as the Acting Assistant Director of Program Management and previously held the role of Program Analyst at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since May 2023. Prior to this, Melissa Pfau was the Business/Finance Manager at Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. from January 2017 to May 2023. Additional experience includes serving as an Acquisition Consultant for DARPA at McLaughlin Research Corporation, Acquisition Manager at Scitor Corporation, and Administrative Contracting Officer at the Defense Contract Management Agency, where major programs supported included the Delta IV and Atlas V. Previous roles also include Project Manager positions at the US Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, as well as Business Manager at Tecolote Research and Contracts Manager in the United States Air Force, contributing to significant projects such as Titan IV and the Satellite Control Network.
