Ryann Glaccum

Ryann Glaccum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and defense intelligence. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Program Management at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since August 2020, Ryann previously held the role of Director for Defense and Intelligence at Expanse for a short period in 2020. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President at Wittenberg Weiner Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, business development, client relationship management, and project leadership for federal clients. Ryann started the professional journey at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, working on various projects for federal Defense and Intelligence Community clients. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Law and Government and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, both from Georgetown University.
