Scott Meenen

Scott Meenen currently serves as a Program Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since September 2024. Prior to this role, Scott worked at U.S. Cyber Command from January 2017 to September 2024 in various capacities, including leading Science & Technology Outreach initiatives to enhance partnerships within the cyber science and technology community and managing mission engineering requirements for several Joint Cyber Warfare programs. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy Operations Center Director and Senior Watch Officer within U.S. Cyber Command, where Scott oversaw critical operations related to cyber defense. Earlier military roles encompassed positions as Brigade Signal Officer for the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade and Battalion Signal Officer for the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), where Scott was pivotal in communications support for special operations. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Scientific Communication from the Florida Institute of Technology.
