Stuart Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and program management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since January 2020, Stuart previously held engineering roles at the Army Research Laboratory from 1991 to December 2019 and at NATO from 2005 to 2008.
