Erin Scott, CPA

Erin Scott, CPA has extensive work experience in the field of accounting. Erin began their career as a Staff Accountant at Double Diamond Companies in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Erin then joined Empire Petroleum Partners, LLC, where they held various roles including Senior Staff Accountant, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, and ultimately Corporate Controller & Director Of Financial Reporting. Erin left Empire Petroleum Partners in 2017 and joined Mineplex, LLC as the Financial Controller. In this role, they contributed to the creation of gaming software and server development for Minecraft. After a year at Mineplex, Erin joined AEG Vision as the Assistant Controller, and later became the Controller. Their responsibilities included performing technical accounting research and documenting accounting positions for complex acquisition transactions. Erin's most recent role is Assistant Controller at Darr Equipment Co., a position they started in July 2020 and is currently holding.

Erin Scott, CPA, obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting & Information Management Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting & Information Management Systems from the same university in 2009. Erin also holds a CPA certification from the Texas Certified Public Accountants institution.
