Matthew Agostinelli

Matthew Agostinelli has extensive work experience in the furniture and design industry. Matthew is currently the Creative Director at DARRAN Furniture, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Design Director at Interior Define from 2021 to 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Matthew was the Creative Director at Cabot Wrenn, where they oversaw brand establishment and continuity, strategic planning for product launches, and the creation of marketing materials.

Before that, they were the Director of Product Development at Teknion Studio from 2012 to 2016, where they evaluated and implemented brand structure and product line, and solicited and selected design professionals.

Matthew began their career in the industry as a product designer at Bernhardt Design from 2005 to 2012. There, they liaised with designers, created models and prototypes, and provided technical details for sourcing components.

Earlier in their career, they served as the Art Director at Aspen Country Day School from 1998 to 2000, where they developed and implemented curriculum and oversaw theater department productions.

Matthew Agostinelli earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Graphic Design/Studio Art from the University of Denver, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Matthew further pursued their education by completing a Masters of Fine Art degree in Furniture Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design from 2001 to 2005.
