Gila Hayat

Gila Hayat is a technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership. As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Darrow since March 2020, Gila has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological direction. Prior to this, Gila served as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Leader at Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 from September 2014 to March 2020, honing skills in software development and team management. Gila also participated in the Birthright Excel Ventures fellowship in the summer of 2019. In addition to professional experience, Gila is an alumnus of Y Combinator, having completed the W21 program in early 2021.
