Tamar Sacerdoti

Tamar Sacerdoti is the Chief of Staff at Darrow. Tamar was previously an Associate in the Cross-Border M&A Department at Gornitzky & Co, where they represented the firm’s clients in various cross-border transactions, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital funds, investments in start-ups, and finance agreements.

At Gornitzky & Co, Tamar implemented legal principles and mechanisms by drafting agreements, memos and letters. Tamar also analyzed large sets of data and provided actionable legal recommendations and conclusions on substantial matters. In addition, Tamar lead internal teams in legal due diligence projects and provided ongoing corporate governance counsel to SMEs and leading international private equity firms. Tamar was also actively involved in hi-tech investments, representing VCs in seed to advanced financing rounds.

Prior to their work at Gornitzky & Co, Tamar was a Research Assistant at IDC Herzliya and the Head of International Business Development at Robus.

Tamar has a law degree from IDC Herzliya.

Tamar Sacerdoti educational career began with their obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), where they graduated cum laude. Tamar then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the same school. Finally, they have certification from the Israel Bar Association as an attorney.
