As Head of Strategic Alliances, Sarah is responsible for developing the overall alliance and partnership strategy for the Group, supporting the future growth of Diaceuticsí global business. Working closely with the senior leadership team to identify, develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solution areas. This includes negotiating commercial terms and business deal points to contract completion.
With a proven track record of driving strategic vision, operational delivery and growth, Sarah previously headed up and built Diaceuticsí Human Resources Department through the development of strategic and commercially-oriented HR interventions, cultivating high-performance teams across 23 countries.
Sarah has an academic background in Law and Human Resource Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and the Institute of Directors.
