Hope Branch, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and operations management. Hope has held various positions at different companies throughout their career.

Hope began their career at Eastern Federal Corp in 1991, where they served as a General Manager. Hope was responsible for overseeing sales, profitability, and customer service at the movie theater. During their time there, they excelled in film marketing and won several contests.

In 2005, Hope joined Regal Entertainment Group as a General Manager. In this role, they provided leadership and direction to achieve business results, including sales and profitability. Hope also focused on staff morale and customer service.

Hope then joined Carolina Cinemas as a Director of Operations in 2009. Their responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, hiring and training staff, and creating job descriptions and HR policies. Hope then transitioned to Pink Energy, where they held different roles and progressively higher positions. Hope started as a Human Resources Manager in 2020 and advanced to Senior Human Resources Manager and then Director of Human Resources. Finally, they served as Vice President of Human Resources before joining their current company, DarrowEverett LLP, as the Director of Operations in 2022.

Hope Branch, SHRM-CP graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's Degree in History in 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Human Resources Certification Program from Central Piedmont Community College in December 2016. They also acquired a Certificate of Achievement from the Emergency Management Institute FEMA in July 2016. Hope Branch obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2019.
