Andrew Serratelli

Andrew Serratelli has substantial experience in human resources and recruitment, having worked at Dart Container since May 2005 where Andrew has held multiple roles, including Employee Service Center Supervisor, Sales Recruiting Manager, and Senior Recruiter. In these positions, Andrew has been responsible for coordinating recruiting activities, directing team workflow, developing skills of team members, and conducting interviews for sales representatives and managers. Andrew also has experience in managing workers' compensation claims for a manufacturing employer. Additionally, Andrew served as President of the Mason Area Chamber of Commerce from June 2012 to December 2013. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University.
