Raul Paredes

Raul Paredes is an experienced professional in innovation and product development, currently serving as VP of Innovation, R&D and New Product Development at Dart Container since August 2023. Previously, Raul held the position of Director of Global Packaging Innovation at McCormick & Company from August 2020 to April 2024. Raul’s extensive career includes various leadership roles at O-I, where responsibilities spanned from Global Director of Product Innovation to Manager of Innovation & New Product Development. Earlier roles include Director of Product Development at Frontgate and design-related positions at Kohler Co. Raul holds a Master of Fine Arts in Industrial Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design, both from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned between 1983 and 1998.
