Cornell John MSc. FMP possesses extensive experience in engineering, particularly within the mechanical and HVAC sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Chief Engineer at Dart since August 2021, Cornell previously held the position of Jr. MEP Manager at Exeqtech Limited (SLU), contributing to a prestigious US$200M luxury hotel project in St. Lucia. As Services Engineer at Nicholas Tower Ltd from November 2011 to January 2018, Cornell managed operations of a central chilled water system and addressed HVAC challenges across various properties. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at Comfort Engineering Limited, where responsibilities encompassed project scope, schedule, and quality control, as well as an engineering trainee role at Petrotrin. Cornell holds an MSc in Engineering Asset Management and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, along with a background in music from the St. Lucia School of Music.
