Jan Feik

Jan Feik, CFA, MRICS, currently serves as Vice President of Active Investments at Dart since June 2016 and contributes as a Board Member for CFA Society Cayman Islands and as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Silver Thatch Pensions. Previously, Jan co-founded and managed balmoREAL Capital SEZC Ltd. from June 2012 to June 2016 and held the role of CFO at LICON Wohnbau GmbH from September 2010 to June 2012. Jan's early career includes positions at EY as a Consultant in Real Estate M&A, a summer analyst at Morgan Stanley, and various roles in real estate and finance, including an internship at EY and a working student position at IBG GmbH (TÜV Rheinland AG). Jan holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Real Estate, Finance, and Banking from Leipzig University, and has completed executive education at the University of Michigan and specialized real estate training at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and EBZ.
