Matt O'Keeffe

Matt O'Keeffe is a Lead GIS Developer at Dart Enterprises with extensive experience in GIS roles at various organizations such as North Somerset Council, Somer Housing Group, and Portsmouth City Council. Matt also has a background in research as a Research Assistant at the University of Portsmouth. O'Keeffe holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Portsmouth and is currently pursuing additional qualifications in web mapping applications and geographical information systems.
