Melissa Ladley

Melissa Ladley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Kenneth B. Dart Foundation since January 2024, Melissa also founded Melissa Ladley Consulting in April 2022. Previously, Melissa held the position of Vice President of Hospitality at Dart from October 2012 to March 2022 and served as Communications Director at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from January 2003 to January 2012. Earlier in the career at The Martin Agency from January 1996 to January 2003, Melissa was a Vice President Account Supervisor. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Virginia.
