Debbie E. is an experienced professional currently serving as an Independent Consultant with Thirty-One Gifts since September 2020. In addition, Debbie has been with the Delaware Transit Corporation since April 1995, holding various positions including DBE Program Analyst, Auditor, and Contract Administration Supervisor, with responsibilities encompassing research, administration, coordination, and implementation of grant applications. Debbie holds a Diploma in Project Management from Shaw Academy obtained in 2021 and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from DelTech, completed in 2015. Before higher education, Debbie graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1984.
