Javon Spencer, Sr. has extensive experience in inventory management and analysis, currently serving as an Inventory Manager at DART/Delaware Transit Corp since June 2007, where responsibilities include creating and analyzing financial reports generated in PeopleSoft. Prior to this role, Javon was an Inventory Systems Specialist, focusing on auditing and reconciling statewide cycle counts, and served as the N. District Inventory Control Supervisor. Previous roles include Warehouse Manager and Inventory Control Coordinator at Raymour & Flanigan, as well as an Inventory Analyst at Perrier Group/Nestle Waters, and Inventory Team Supervisor at Sam's Club. Javon holds two Associate’s Degrees in Accounting and Business/Management from Delaware Technical Community College and Lehigh Carbon Community College, along with certificates in Accounting and Business Clerical from Keystone Job Corps Center.
