Javon Spencer Sr.

Javon Spencer, Sr. has extensive experience in inventory management and analysis, currently serving as an Inventory Manager at DART/Delaware Transit Corp since June 2007, where responsibilities include creating and analyzing financial reports generated in PeopleSoft.
