Katy Holsten

Katy Holsten is an experienced professional in sales and category management, currently serving as Category Manager at D'Artagnan since November 2018, where responsibilities include managing $76 million in categories focused on organic and ABF poultry and game birds, analyzing sales data, and developing new products. Prior roles include Regional Retail Sales Manager at D'Artagnan, overseeing major supermarket accounts, and sales positions at Eastern Fish Company and Nippon Shokken U.S.A. Inc., where Katy generated new business and managed key accounts in the seafood and specialty foods sectors.
