Scott Pampuch

Scott P. has a diverse culinary career spanning several roles and establishments. Most recently, from May 2023 to August 2024, Scott served as the New England Sales Manager at D'Artagnan, providing consultancy on sustainably sourced meats and specialty products. Previous experiences include positions as Executive Chef at 4 Bells, McKinney Roe, and Fulton Brewing Company, with a significant tenure as District Executive Chef at the University of Minnesota from March 2013 to October 2016. Additional roles encompass managing food and beverage operations at MN Valley Country Club and serving as Chef/Food and Beverage Director at the Iron Horse Hotel. Scott also has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of Corner Table and CEO of Clean Plate, llc, alongside foundational culinary training at Modern Cafe. Scott holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts from Minneapolis College.
