David Maul, MAI, AI-GRS is a commercial real estate appraisal professional with extensive experience in reviewing appraisals for appropriateness, value opinion, and compliance with industry standards. David is the owner of Bell-Maul Appraisals and currently works as a Commercial Quality Control Reviewer at Dart Appraisal. David is also a proud shareholder of the Green Bay Packers and a member of the Business Executives Network. David's education includes a degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and ongoing appraisal education through the Appraisal Institute.
