Nick Formato has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Driver and Cook at Dartcor Food Services since November 2017, while also holding the position of Kitchen Manager at Cowans Public since August 2016 and Chef de Cuisine at The Canal House since October 2015. Previous roles include Line Cook positions at Hoboken Gourmet Co and Wyndham Hotel Group.
