Sophie Thomas

Sophie Thomas is a Junior Data Scientist at SHARE Creative since June 2024, following a diverse career spanning various roles in wellness, psychology, and authorship. Sophie has published a book titled *Fitlosophy* and served as an Evidence-Based Wellbeing and Behaviour Coach at Fitlosophy Coaching until June 2024. Experience includes a Junior Psychologist position at Humanising Autonomy and roles as a Performance & Behaviour Coach at KX Gym, Spa & Restaurant, as well as a Health Coach at SIX3NINE Personal Training and Bodyism. Sophie completed a Master of Science in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Portuguese from King's College London. Recent education in Python programming was gained through an 8-week bootcamp at Code First Girls.
