Jim Kuhner

Jim Kuhner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in estimating and construction management. Since December 2005, Jim has served as a Senior Estimator at Dartmouth Building Supply, specializing in commercial and residential job take-offs, specification reading, analyzing construction documents, value engineering, and beam calculation document write-ups, utilizing Envisioneer by Cadsoft for estimating purposes. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Homeland Builders from January 2005 to December 2005 as a Field Tech/Logistics/Estimator, where responsibilities included field measuring, logistics planning, equipment and materials deliveries, and customer service. Jim holds a Dual Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Construction Management from the New England Institute of Technology (NEIT), obtained between 2003 and 2012, as well as a High School Diploma from Northbridge High School (NBHS), earned in 1982.
